We are a family run business with football being at the core of it. We have four children ranging from Age 8 to 17 and 3 of 4 children play football ( you can imagine the smelly muddy boots).

I started creating custom shin pads in November 2022 and my children were the ultimate product testers. They thoroughly enjoyed designing their own unique pairs and were soon to spread the word to their school friends and football teams. My orders grew and grew through word of mouth and Etsy, which has lead me to introduce our very own website.

Customer Service is something that i take pride in. I want your experience with the Shin Pad Lady to be smooth sailing throughout.

 I will work with you to create those unique designs from start to finish - no matter how many times you change your mind on designs :)

 I aim to make your customer service experience friendly and personal to the individual. I want you to feel like you know me as an individual not just like you are communicating with a computer. 

Feel free to get in touch with any queries or to discuss designs. 

You may know exactly how you want your shin pads to look like - perfect, i will mock up the design and change whatever you want, as many times as you want... until you are happy with the design. 

No idea what you want? Perfect, let me know what pictures / text or colours you want and i will make mock ups until you are 100% happy with the designs.
